Our Lean training focuses on the history and definition of Lean, introduction to the 8 wastes, and Lean tools such as PDCA, value stream mapping, 5S, Gemba, Hoshin Kanri, etc. We focus on when, how and why to apply Lean tools in different situations. We include hands on activities to reinforce the concepts.
Our Six Sigma training reviews the history and definition of Six Sigma, the DMAIC methodology and tools. We also offer classes to prepare you for Yellow, Green or Black Belt certification. We love to incorporate your projects into our training sessions. We utilize simulations, videos and hands on activities for all of our Six Sigma courses.
Our root cause analysis/problem solving courses first focus on understanding the problem you are trying to solve by helping you create a measurable problem statement. We then discuss common tools like 5Whys, gemba, push/pull systems, poke yoke, visual management, kanban, kaizen and PDCA.
We proudly offer project management courses no matter where you are in your project management journey. We discuss the project management lifecycle, deliverables and how to overcome roadblocks. We also can show you best practices in MS Project. These courses can also help you to prepare for your PMP or CAPM certification.
