Green Belt Training

This week long virtual series is taught by Katie Labedz, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.  Learn foundational elements of continuous improvement, Lean and Six Sigma. A Green Belt workbook will be provided with over 70 printable handouts.

Yellow Belt Training

This 2 day virtual series is taught by Katie Labedz, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.  Learn foundational elements of continuous improvement, Lean and Six Sigma. A Yellow Belt workbook will be provided. This class is PERFECT for someone new to these concepts.
