I’m kicking off my next Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training starting June 1 (virtual), $2995 This is where we go beyond the basics. You’ll learn how to: ✔ Lead complex improvement initiatives ✔ Use advanced data analysis to make confident decisions ✔ Coach teams and influence change ✔ Deliver measurable, organization-wide results This isn’t a checkbox certification.
